Having obtained her Adult Nursing degree from Chester University, Tracy gained extensive nursing experience working in a variety of settings before joining Prospect House originally in 2019 as Clinical Lead, further strengthening the management team at that time.
After more than three years of dedicated and successful service, Tracy left Prospect House in 2022 to take a career development post as Head of Compliance for another organisation where she focused on ensuring compliance with relevant quality procedures and legislative requirements.
Having gained further compliance experience, we were delighted to welcome Tracy back to Prospect House in 2024 as Home Manager, bringing to her new role a keen quality and compliance focus together with a passion for delivering the highest standards of person-centred care for our residents.
Having gained a strong foundation in elderly care working as Carer/Senior Carer for 11 years, and as a part time Healthcare Assistant on NHS Hospital wards whilst undertaking her nursing qualification, Karen successfully qualified as an RGN in 2012.
On qualification, she commenced her nursing career, remaining in adult social care, where her true passion lies, to gain nursing experience in elderly care where she consolidated her sector experience.
In 2017 she moved to a multi-site healthcare group taking a promoted regional position, supporting local management teams across numerous sites, strengthening her management skills. Karen joined Prospect House (Malpas) in 2021 where she was promoted to Clinical Lead from where she later enjoyed a period supporting our sister home in Staffordshire.
After returning to Prospect House, Karen was promoted to Deputy Manager in September 2024 where she works closely alongside the Home Manager ensuring delivery of the highest possible quality of care for all of our residents.
Karen is a Registered General Nurse with over 20 years’ experience working in the home.
In her role as Clinical Nurse Manager she leads liaison with our visiting GP service and manages the safe handling of pharmacy/medications.

Eve manages our busy administration office team and has a lead support role in staff rostering ensuring there is always a well-resourced and skilled care team on duty to care for our residents.
Our chef is a multiple award-winning Michelin star restaurant trained chef including having won National Chef of the Year at the Great British Care Awards in 2022 and being a Finalist at the 2024 NACC care home chef of the year competition.
Wendy started work in the home in 2005 as a Healthcare Assistant and progressed to Senior Care Assistant with lead responsibility for infection control and for leading the care team to ensure the individual needs of each resident are met to the highest standard.
Paul has over 20 years of experience, having joined in 2002 as a Maintenance Assistant. He has since progressed to Maintenance Manager, where he ensures the ongoing safety and comfort of the home for residents.
